Your satisfaction and your child’s safety are important to us!

At Little Champ Toys, we want to make your shopping experience simple and reliable.

🕒 Return Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

✅ Return Conditions

For a change-of-mind return:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
  • All accessories, components, manuals, labels and promotional gifts must be included.
  • The receipt, order confirmation or order number must be provided.
  • The product must not show signs of use, assembly, alteration or improper handling.
  • All returned products are subject to inspection before approval.

🚫 Non-Returnable Products

Unless defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns for:

  • Opened, used, assembled or damaged products.
  • Personalised, customised or specially ordered products.
  • Gift cards.
  • Hygiene-sensitive products after opening.
  • Opened slime, putty, craft liquids, cosmetics or other consumable products.
  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect or failure to follow safety instructions.

📦 Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order immediately after delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete product, contact us as soon as possible. Please provide your order number and clear photographs or a short video showing the product and the issue.

After inspection, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include an exchange, replacement, repair or refund.

🚚 Delivery and Return Fees

  • If the return results from a confirmed mistake by Little Champ Toys, such as a defective, damaged, incorrect or incomplete product, we will cover the reasonable return or collection cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or customer request, the customer must pay the return-delivery cost.
  • The original delivery charge is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply to exchanges requested by the customer.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be provided by bank transfer or cash, at the discretion of Little Champ Toys.

Refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected and approved.

Customers receiving a bank transfer must provide accurate bank details. Little Champ Toys is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement product costs more, the customer must pay the difference.
  • If it costs less, the eligible difference will be refunded.
