TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Little Champ Toys. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy and our Return and Refund Policy.

  1. Products

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, descriptions, sizes and features accurately. However, minor differences may occur because of screen settings, photography or manufacturer packaging updates.

Parents and guardians are responsible for selecting age-appropriate toys and providing adult supervision where required. Always follow the product’s instructions and safety warnings.

  1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm or begin preparing it.

We may cancel or refuse an order if:

  • A product is unavailable;

  • The price or description is incorrect;

  • The delivery information is incomplete;

  • The address is outside our delivery area; or

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent or abusive activity.

If we cancel a prepaid order, an appropriate refund will be arranged.

  1. Customer Information

You must provide an accurate name, telephone number and delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information. Contact us immediately if you need to change your order or delivery details.

  1. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD), unless stated otherwise.

Delivery charges will be shown during checkout or communicated before confirmation.

Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery and any electronic payment options displayed at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders must be paid for when delivered.

  1. Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or modify an order.

We will try to accommodate your request, but cancellation may not be possible once the order has been prepared, dispatched or sent for delivery.

  1. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, customer availability, high order volumes or circumstances outside our control.

The customer or an authorised person should be available at the delivery address and reachable by telephone.

Additional delivery charges may apply if another delivery attempt is required because the customer was unavailable, unreachable or provided incorrect information.

  1. Checking Your Order

Customers should check products upon arrival and before accepting the delivery whenever reasonably possible.

Any visible damage, incorrect product or missing item should be reported immediately to the delivery representative and Little Champ Toys.

Issues that could not reasonably be identified during delivery should be reported to us promptly after discovery.

  1. Returns and Refunds

All returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers should retain their order confirmation, invoice or other proof of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any customer right that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Safe Product Use

Products must be used according to their intended purpose, recommended age, instructions and safety warnings.

Adult supervision may be required for products containing small parts, batteries, electrical components, moving parts or craft materials.

Little Champ Toys is not responsible for harm caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, unsuitable use or failure to follow safety instructions, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

You must not:

  • Use our website for an unlawful or fraudulent purpose;

  • Place fake orders;

  • Provide false or misleading information;

  • Copy our content for unauthorised commercial use;

  • Introduce harmful software; or

  • Interfere with the website’s operation or security.

We may restrict access or cancel orders where these Terms are seriously violated.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify and service providers involved in payments, delivery and website operation may process information as necessary to provide their services.

  1. Liability

We will provide our products and Services according to applicable requirements.

We are not responsible for indirect losses or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when our Services, practices or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be available on this page.
